Shipping Information 

All Belgium parcels are shipped by Bpost, please not this is NOT a tracked service. However, you will receive a tracking number which will update once delivery has been attempted or made.

If you provide the wrong address and the parcel is returned to us, you will need to pay for shipping again before be resend the parcel out to the correct address. 

There is also an option of picking up your order by hand at our workshop located 15 minutes from Brussels in Kortenberg (Flemish Brabant). (no delivery fee)

International Shipping

We have a standard flat rate based on the parcel weight. All International Parcels are sent Tracked with UPS. If we believe there is a risk of the parcel not being delivered safely we will cancel your order and you will receive a full refund. 

UPS advises that delivery can take up to 7 days with no delays but this is only an estimation. Shipping can take longer so we advise ordering well in advance to avoid disappointment. Shipments can also be held at customs, we cannot do anything about this. We provide a full and detailed invoice with every International Order for Customs to review.

Custom Charges are to be paid by the customer.
