Returns

In principle return shipments are not allowed unless it concerns a complaint or a damaged shipment. To return these products, a written permission beforehand must have been made by Bake and Cake Factory.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of the date it was delivered via email only. Please do not try to contact us via Instagram.

Refunds only given if product is faulty or damaged. Photographic proof is required for claims. Do not dispose of any packaging or product if you wish to make a claim

All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Your item must be unopened, include the original product packaging. We can’t process a refund, replacement, or exchange if your item is unable to be resold. If your order arrived with a gift, please include this in your return so we can process your refund or replacement.

The returned item remains at customers responsibility until we receive it and we cannot accept any responsibility for the loss of the item. We advise customers to return goods by recorded delivery (with the appropriate insurance) and keep proof of postage.

 Return shipping cost must be covered by the costumers.  We advise customers to thoroughly read descriptions of items before purchasing to avoid confusion. When we receive the item back, we will review if the item has not been used or tampered. Then we only will refund the product cost. Shipping costs are not refunded.

All returns and refunds are subject to our Returns Policy and must be received strictly within 30 days from placing your order.
